Clackamas United Soccer Club (CUSC) is seeking an organized and dedicated Club Administrator to support our club's operations and ensure a smooth experience for our members. This is a key role for a detail-oriented professional who is passionate about youth sports.
About the Role
The Club Administrator will be responsible for managing the day-to-day administrative tasks of the club. This role involves handling member communications, managing registrations, coordinating schedules, and providing support to the board and coaching staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage player registration and payment processes.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for member inquiries.
- Coordinate field and game scheduling with leagues and facilities.
- Maintain club records and manage administrative databases.
- Provide administrative support for club events, tryouts, and meetings.
